Runners will enjoy a double, out-and-back style course set in the countryside of Onondaga County Park outside the Hamlet of Jamesville.

Turn by Turns:

• Exit Transition
• Turn right through the park exiting Gate 3
• Turn left on Apulia Road
• Turn left on Palladino Road
• Turn right on Ransom Road
• Out-and-Back on Ransom Road
• Turn left on Palladino Road
• Turn right on Apulia Road
• Turn right into Jamesville Beach Park (Gate 2) to turnaround
• Exit Gate 2 and repeat loop
• Finish in Jamesville Beach Park

    About the event

    The day begins with a swim at Jamesville Beach Park before athletes take on a one-loop bike course that offers rolling hills and beautiful scenery through Syracuse and Highland Forest Park. The run course will lead athletes around the Hamlet of Jamesville with a finish at Jamesville Beach Park.
