The day begins with a swim at Jamesville Beach Park before athletes take on a one-loop bike course that offers rolling hills and beautiful scenery through Syracuse and Highland Forest Park. The run course will lead athletes around the Hamlet of Jamesville with a finish at Jamesville Beach Park.
